These terms apply whenever you use curlnap.com or place an order with Curlnap. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

About Curlnap

Curlnap sells heatless hair-styling products — velvet curling rods and related accessories — to customers in the United Kingdom.

Prices and availability

All prices are shown in GBP and include everything except any optional add-ons you choose at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to limit or cancel quantities, even after an order has been placed; if that happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full for anything affected.

Orders and payment

Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments or PayPal. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Intellectual property

The Curlnap name, logo, and the content of this site (text, images, design) belong to Curlnap and may not be used without our permission.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, where Curlnap is based. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
