If Curlnap isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Before you send anything back

Please email us first at support@curlnap.com with your order number and the reason for the return, so we can guide you through the process — please don't send anything back before hearing from us.

Condition

Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or it's simply not what you ordered, let us know and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Return shipping

If the return is because the item arrived damaged, faulty, missing, or was the wrong item, we cover the cost of return shipping and refund you in full. For any other return within the 30-day window, the cost of shipping the item back to us is the customer's responsibility.

Refund timing

Once we receive and check your return, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order mix-ups

If you received the wrong colour or bundle by our mistake, tell us and we'll send a replacement or refund you — whichever you prefer — free of charge.
