Placed an order? Here's how to track it.
Where's my tracking number?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package — usually within 1–2 days of placing your order. Orders arrive within 8–12 business days of purchase.
Haven't received a tracking email?
Check your spam folder first — order emails sometimes land there. If it's been more than 2 business days since you ordered and you still don't have one, email us at support@curlnap.com with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
My order hasn't arrived yet
If it's still within the 8–12 business day window, sit tight — that's normal. If it's gone past that and there's still no sign of it, contact support@curlnap.com and we'll sort it out, including a full refund if it turns out to be lost. See our Shipping Policy for details.
